— “The Art of the Chronograph” road show arrives at Frankfurt Airport.
German cheap replica Cartier watches manufacturer Glashütte Original is bringing its Calibre 37 road show to one of the world’s most important aviation hubs: The Frankfurt Airport. Fans of German engineering and Haute Horlogerie who travel from or via Frankfurt in the upcoming weeks, will have the chance to experience the Calibre 37 movement alongside the new chronograph models, the Senator Chronograph Panorama Date and the Seventies Chronograph Panorama Date, in the security zone of the airport.
The exhibition will at first be showcased from August 1-31, 2015 in the Schengen Area of the airport and then move to the Non-Schengen Area, where it will be on display from September 1-30, 2015.
Lively animations and an interactive app provide fascinating insights into the new Calibre 37 while a so-called Wondertable shows and explains all the single components of the technically ambitious chronograph movement. Historic chronograph models from previous decades reaching back to the 19th century will be featured in a special showcase to present the long history of manufacturing high end chronographs in Glashütte.
During the first week of August, a specialist from the company’s own dial manufactory in Pforzheim will be on site to demonstrate the dexterity and special skills needed in manufacturing delicate and beautiful dials as found in the new chronograph models. From September 1-7, 2015 a watchmaker from Glashütte will be demonstrating the assembly of the complex calibre, assist visitors with testing their own watchmaking talents, and answer technical questions concerning the movement. Further representatives of Glashütte Original will be on site during the entire duration of the road show stop in Frankfurt to answer all questions and – for those interested – give personal tours of the exhibition.

The new chronograph was developed to meet the manufactory’s most demanding standards of functionality and suitability for everyday use. Its fully integrated and compact construction makes it a reliable, precise and aesthetically satisfying companion. The manufactory’s in-house design team has successfully integrated a unique combination of features: central stop seconds hand, 30 minute and 12 hour counters with fly-back mechanism; small seconds counter with power reserve indicator (70 hours), and Glashütte Original’s compelling Panorama Date display.
